Benchmark Education Company uses widely accepted leveling criteria when we level our texts. Our Product Development and Editorial staff includes Reading Recovery Teacher Leaders who help insure the integrity of our leveling system. We provide both a letter and numeric level to help teachers organize and match their students to texts.
